Vintage Small 8" Moveable Parts Doll with Sleepy Eyes in Nightgown

This a Vintage and unique Baby Doll with moveable head, arms and legs. Her eyes close when lying down and open when sitting or standing up. She is in a vintage nightgown.  A adorable little doll that would make a great presentation.  She needs a little cleaning and the nightgown is some dirty from storage.  She does have a pinned diaper in place as well.
There is no branding on her that I could find.  The dolls head, arms and legs are fastened securely and move easily.  Age is not known but would estimate to be 50-80 years old from previous ownership.
